Mr Andrew has over 25 years of financial and business management experience in MNCs. He has previously held senior management positions and directorships with various multi-national America companies in the old and gas industry.
- Regional Director of Finance for Asia Pacific & Middle east Cameron (Singapore) Pte Ltd;
- Regional Director of Finance and administrator for far East Operations of Tuboscope Pte Ltd ( part of NOV Group);
- Regional Financial Controller for Asia pacific of TD Williamson Inc;
- Group Accountant & Company Secretary of Galax Marine Group and
- Director for Corporate Services at Society for physically Disabled in Singapore.
Highly accomplished senior finance executive with experience in managing regulatory for multiple business entities across Asia Pacific and Middle east. I have relevant experience in Sales and Distribution set up while exposure to the engineering, manufacturing, construction and marine services industry.
Proven experience in the capacity of CFO within a SGX listed group and have relevant experience in M&A, fund raising and managing investor relations.
Mr Seet demonstrated excellent ability to support CEO through construction of various financial models to compare options.
His qualifications includes Bachelor of Accounting and Finance; MBA in International Business from University of California, Los Angeles; Fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of UK, Certified Public Accountant; Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
Andrew has attended courses conducted by Singapore Institute of Directors on directors’ responsibilities and corporate governance; Executive program in Mergers & Acquisitions at Nanyang Technological University as well as programme for senior executives at the Harvard Business School in Boston.
